Tammy Gautier
I started my career in this industry back in 1999. My love and passion for what I do has helped put me on top. I have been blessed to find a career I love, in a place we call paradise.. I believe when you understand your clients goals, strive to achieve them and exceed their expectations you create a relationship that lasts forever. I want all of my clients to love their experience with our company and feel confident referring us. Our goal is to expand the business and be able to provide the best care in the industry to clients throughout the Florida Keys. I have some of the best crews in the industry. We are up for any project big or small.
Our Team
Sandra Spaulding
Assisting in all aspects of the industry, Sandra has been dedicated to learning all there is to know. Helping wth everything from clerical work in the office to prep work in the field, she's our "go to". Specialing in landscape design and synthetic turf, she is ready to make your dream a reality.
Yaimel Hernandez
Yaimel has been working in the field for over 10 years. He is skilled in all aspects of the industry. He supervises and oversees all divisions in the company. He is skilled with all equipment and has an abundant amount of knowledge with trees, mangroves, landscape and lawn maintenance.
Lexi Gautier
Lexi Gautier, second generation tree girl has been assisting her mom for the past few summers in the company. She graduated from Coral Shores in June of 2018 and is currently attending college in Orlando where she will pursue a career in business management. During her scheduled breaks from college she will be interning and learning all there is to learn from one of the leaders in the industry, her mom.
Julio Hernandez
Julio is our veteran tree leader and supervisor. He has been trimming for over 20+ years, starting as a climber and has advanced to bucket operator . He is very instrumental in teaching many of our arborists. He has a very good understanding of all aspects of trees from evaluating to trimming, rigging to removals.
Yaniel Gonzales
Yeniel has been trimming for over 10 years. He is a crew leader and one of our most skilled arborists. He is very helpful with training and teaching new climbers the tricks of the trade.
"Little Man"
Our Mascot "Little Man" was rescued from the streets in Homestead and has become the heart of our Company. He is one of many dogs we have rescued and have found forever homes for.
